Admittedly, happiness is relative. People aren’t necessarily happy about insurance, in general. But…when they spend hard earned money to protect themselves, it comes with customer service. It’s that simple.
So, is customer service easy. Not necessarily, but it’s not that complicated. It’s just hard work.
Then again, I grew up with customer service in my blood. It’s in the Page heritage. We’ve built a reputation for hard work and exceptional customer service whether it’s in the insurance business Page Insurance, Ltd or the hardware business (Page Hardware), the real estate business Page-Taft Real Estate, the construction business (Page Remodeling).
So I think it’s simple, but maybe there’s more to it than that.
