Previous carrier notified me that they were not renewing the homeowners policy so I immediately attempted to contact my (then) agent. I was told not to be too panicked because there was plenty of time before the policy would expire and that the agent would contact the underwriter. It was necessary for me to continue to follow up to ask for an update over a six week timeframe! It was evident that I was not going to get the information I needed despite my efforts. When I contacted Page Insurance (George),  my questions answered that same day! Policy was in place within two days! No hassle, no excuses,  just a smooth and easy transaction!
