Meet Daniel and Lauren: Two Members of the Page Insurance Service Team

Insurance is still a relationship business.

Technology has changed how we communicate, where work gets done, and what a modern insurance office looks like. But at Page Insurance, one thing hasn’t changed: the person helping you matters.

That’s why we’d like to introduce two members of our service team, Daniel Cooper and Lauren Phillips.

Daniel and Lauren work with our Page Insurance team every day, helping us handle the service work that keeps your insurance moving accurately, professionally, and efficiently.

And we think our clients should know the people who are helping them.

Meet Lauren Phillips

Lauren is known for her positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail. She is committed to producing high-quality work, collaborating closely with the rest of our team, and building strong professional relationships.

She is also eager to learn, take on new challenges, and continue developing her knowledge.

Those qualities are especially important in insurance, where details matter and good service often depends on someone taking the time to make sure things are handled correctly.

Meet Daniel Cooper

Daniel brings strong industry knowledge, quick thinking, and efficiency to his role.

He has a service-oriented approach, works well with the rest of our team, and is always willing to help solve a problem. He also makes a point of continuing to learn and staying current so he can provide informed solutions when clients need assistance.

Daniel has become an important part of our ability to respond to clients and keep service requests moving.

One Team, Wherever We’re Working

At Page Insurance, the important thing isn’t where someone happens to be sitting.

It’s whether they know what they’re doing, understand what you need, communicate clearly, and follow through.

Daniel and Lauren are part of our service team just like the people you see in our office. They work with us every day, follow the same procedures, communicate directly with our staff, and help us take care of our clients.

And they aren’t the only ones who sometimes work remotely. Our in-office staff also works remotely on occasion.

The way we work has evolved, but our expectations have not.

Whether someone is working in our office or somewhere else that day, you should expect the same things from Page Insurance: knowledge, professionalism, responsiveness, accuracy, and accountability.

Why We’re Introducing Them

Quite simply, we want our clients to know the people who are helping take care of their insurance.

Daniel and Lauren aren’t an anonymous service center operating separately from Page Insurance. They’re part of our team.

You’ll see their names, hear their voices, and may work with them directly when you contact us for assistance.

Our goal is to make sure that when you contact Page Insurance, you have access to someone who is knowledgeable and capable of helping you.

That’s also one of the reasons we encourage appointments.

Whether you prefer to meet with us in person, talk by phone, or handle something remotely, scheduling an appointment helps us make sure the right person is available, prepared, and able to give your situation the attention it deserves.

What Hasn’t Changed

Page Insurance has been around for a long time, and the tools we use today look very different from the tools an insurance agency used decades ago.

But the basic promise to our clients shouldn’t change.

You should be able to contact us, reach someone who understands what you need, and feel confident that your request is being handled properly.

That means:

Know what you’re doing.
Communicate clearly.
Pay attention to the details.
Treat people professionally.
Take ownership.
And get the job done.

That’s the standard we expect from everyone who represents Page Insurance.

We’re pleased to have Daniel and Lauren as part of our service team, and we’re equally pleased to introduce them to you.

Welcome, Daniel and Lauren.
