A Simple Act of Kindness Reminds Us What Community Means in Guilford, CT
Sometimes the best stories have nothing to do with insurance.
Earlier this week, I came across a beautiful Collie wandering along Boston Street in Guilford.
Anyone who has ever owned a dog knows that sinking feeling of wondering where they are, whether they’re safe, and if you’ll ever see them again.
Fortunately, this story had a happy ending.
I was able to safely keep the dog nearby while contacting the Guilford Police Department. Officer Nesci responded quickly, and together we were able to locate Gingerdrake’s family and reunite him with his owners.
The Guilford Police Department later shared the story on social media, and it was a reminder of what makes our town such a special place.
